We are seeking highly experienced Senior Business Analysts to support key enterprise initiatives within a complex delivery environment. This role requires a confident practitioner who can lead end-to-end business analysis activities, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes across large-scale programs.
Please note: Proven experience within the mining industry is essential and candidates without this background will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end requirements definition and management, ensuring clarity, quality, and traceability across the delivery lifecycle
- Apply and tailor business analysis approaches across Agile, iterative, and traditional delivery models
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to elicit, analyse, validate, and prioritise business and solution requirements
- Proactively manage changes to requirements, ensuring impacts are assessed and communicated effectively
- Support negotiation of scope, priorities, and trade-offs to optimise business value and delivery outcomes
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and contribute to governance with appropriate mitigation strategies
- Ensure analysis deliverables meet agreed quality standards, timelines, and business outcomes
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across business and delivery teams

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to lead analysis activities in complex environments
- Proven ability to independently plan and deliver business analysis across multiple initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide pragmatic, value-driven solutions

- Adaptability across diverse project types and delivery frameworks
Experience & Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within large, complex organisations
- Mandatory: Demonstrated experience within the mining or resources industry
- Strong experience working across both Agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
