AYAN InfoTech is looking for Field Sales Admin (FSA) to join an exciting project based in Melbourne & Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Field Sales Admin (FSA)
Location: Melbourne & Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 6+ Years
Short Summary: To drive sales velocity by removing administrative friction from the sales cycle and ensuring data integrity within Cisco's commercial systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Quote-to-Order Ownership: Executing complex quotes in CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace) and managing the end-to-end submission process.
- SFDC Pipeline Hygiene: Auditing Salesforce (SFDC) opportunities to ensure accurate forecasting, stage management.
- Deal Governance: Managing internal deal approvals, discounting requests, and non-standard contract requirements.
- Sales Reporting: Generating weekly performance dashboards and tracking regional KPIs for Account Leads.
- Systems Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with SFDC and Cisco CCW (or equivalent enterprise ERP/CRM tools).
- Data Accuracy: High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of the sales lifecycle, discounting structures, and procurement processes.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate internal finance and licensing "blocks" to keep deals moving.
