AYAN InfoTech is looking for NetApp CVO Storage Specialist to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: NetApp CVO Storage Specialist
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Primary Skills:
- Specialized skill in Storage Administration that includes NetApp CVO, Cloud Storage (Azure and GCP), Azure NetApp Files, CIFS/NFS migrations (hands one experience is a must)
- Candidate should have experience in managing iSCSI/NFS/CIFS/SAN environment.
- Candidate should have understanding on EMC Products like Unity, Isilon, and VMAX series.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Should be an experienced NetApp CVO Administration Specialist
- Candidate should be able to act as a point of contact and a L3 Subject Matter Expert for the Storage tower in front of the customer.
- Responsible for vendor engagement/management
- Drives day to day operations and work plan allocation/management
- Conduct periodic reviews with teams
- Plan and schedule Changes, coordinating with different stakeholders
- Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to storage tower quality/security process defined for the engagement
- Take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys
- Drive service improvement programs
- Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement
- Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents § Effort estimation/reviews on need basis for new projects
- Hardware troubleshooting & Vendor coordination\Prepare Weekly and monthly status reports
- Participate in business meetings with various stake holders on a need basis
- Ability to work in an Offshore-Onshore Client-Centric delivery model
- Lead a diverse team across shores and deliver contractual SLA & KPI
- Should be willing to work in a 24/7 environment.
