Required Skills and Experience:
Role 1: SAP SF Employee Central (EC) Senior Consultant/ Architect
- Lead the functional solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central with emphasis on:
- Time Off (absence types, accruals, entitlements)
- Time Tracking (recording methods, day models, time valuation)
- Work schedules, holidays, and calendars
- Design scalable frameworks that support multi‑location and multi‑country deployment, balancing local regulatory requirements with a global template.
- Translate HR policy, awards, agreements, and operational requirements into clear EC configuration and design artefacts.
- 10+ years experience in SAP SuccessFactors and/or Core HR implementations.
- Proven delivery of multiple Employee Central implementations, with strong focus on Time Off and Time Tracking.
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple locations and complex organisational structures.
- End‑to‑end lifecycle experience: design → build → test → cutover → hypercare.
- Deep functional expertise in:
- Employee Central core data model
- Time Off and Time Tracking configuration
- Work schedules, holiday calendars, and attendance logic
- Strong understanding of:
- Integration touchpoints to payroll and finance
- Data migration and data quality considerations
- Reporting and analytics impacts of time and leave data
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification (where applicable)
Role 2: SAP SF Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Senior Consultant/ Architect
- Lead architecture and solution design for Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and EC ensuring alignment across Employee Central, Payroll Control Center (PCC), Compensation, Finance integrations, and downstream reporting.
- Design and validate end to end hire to retire and pay to report processes, including:
- Master data replication (EC /ECP)
- Pay structures and wage types
- Retroactivity, off cycle payroll, and corrections
- Payroll periods, calendars, and control frameworks
- Translate complex statutory and country?specific payroll requirements into ECP configuration and design patterns.
- Deliver multi country / multi location payroll implementations, managing both local statutory needs and global template consistency.
- Support payrolls across diverse regulatory environments (e.g. APAC, EMEA, Americas), including variations in:
- Taxation and statutory reporting
- Social contributions
- Pay frequencies and calendars
- Leave, accruals, and deductions
- Partner with local payroll SMEs to validate design and ensure compliance.
- 10 or more years experience in SAP payroll and/or SuccessFactors, including deep hands-on EC/ECP experience.
- Proven track record delivering multiple end to end EC/ECP implementations, preferably at enterprise scale.
- Strong experience with multi location / multi country payroll deployments (Australia, India, Philippines, New Zealand).
- Demonstrated capability across solution design, build, testing, cutover, and support phases.
