One of our IT Consulting Services Client is seeking a specialist Cybersecurity Recruiter to support their growing Cybersecurity practice across Australia and NZ. This is a niche, high-impact role, requiring deep expertise in the cybersecurity talent market rather than general IT recruitment.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong, established cyber talent network and the ability to engage, influence, and attract highly sought-after cybersecurity professionals.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Cybersecurity roles, including:
Identity & Access Management (IAM), SOC, Cloud Security, GRC, and Security Engineering - Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines leveraging an existing cybersecurity network
- Partner closely with Cybersecurity Practice, Delivery, and Operations teams to align hiring with business demand
- Drive internal talent mobility and resourcing, identifying and unlocking talent across the organisation
- Act as a market-facing ambassador, representing Cybersecurity capability with credibility and expertise
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies within the cyber domain
- Proven experience in Cybersecurity recruitment (essential)
- Strong and active network within the cybersecurity talent community
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and niche candidates
- Experience working in complex, matrix organisations, with exposure to onsite/offshore delivery models preferred
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and skillsets
