Required Skills and Experience:
Core ServiceNow Expertise
- Strong experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management)
- Expertise in ITAM (Asset Lifecycle, HAM/SAM)
- Deep understanding of CSDM and CI modeling
Discovery & Service Mapping
- Hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow Discovery & Service Mapping across complex environments
- Designing custom probes, sensors, and patterns
- Coverage across:
- Mainframe, Middleware, Applications
- Network, Appliances, Cloud platforms
Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Proven capability in:
- Solution architecture and design (HLD/LLD)
- Enterprise-scale platform design and governance
- Experience in guiding and mentoring development teams
ITOM & ITAM Strategy
- Expertise in:
- Assessment and maturity evaluation
- Strategy definition and roadmap creation
- Strong focus on CMDB governance, discovery optimization, and asset visibility
Integration & Automation
- Experience with:
- REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- ITOM integrations with monitoring and cloud tools
Program & Stakeholder Management
- Proven track record in:
- Delivering large, complex transformation programs
- Stakeholder engagement and decision support
Experience & Certifications
- 15+ years overall IT experience with 10+ years on ServiceNow
- ServiceNow Architect certifications (CTA/CMA)
- ITIL certification
