Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, supporting the migration of supply chain applications to modern, cloud-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit and define business and technical requirements for cloud migration
- Work with stakeholders to map current (as-is) vs future (to-be) architecture
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Support API definitions, integration mappings, and data models
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT
- Identify risks, dependencies, and migration impacts
- Support alignment with modernisation goals (automation, scalability, real-time data)
- Strong BA experience in technology transformation / cloud migration
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and microservices
- Experience in Agile delivery models
- Domain exposure to Supply Chain / Claims systems preferred
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
