AYAN InfoTech is looking for Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join an exciting project based in Melbourne. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Azure Cloud Support Engineer
Location: Melbourne
Contract Duration: 3+ Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 5+ Years
Experience & Skills required:
- Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver quality service
- Demonstration of ownership of problems
- Good communication and knowledge of support processes
- Contribution towards the reduction of aged defects/ problems
- Contribution towards maintaining a level of expectations with business and other services provided
- Lead and prioritise the Application Support team's work load
- To examine potential areas for Improvement in monitoring
- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot and RCA complex problems
- Provide timely and expert advice on issues affecting Project and Support
- Responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of the application systems in operation
- Experience working in a Ticketing environment and defect management
- Troubleshooting and analyzing logs
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- An appreciation of Azure cloud technology and IoT
- .Net, MS SQL, React JS, Node JS, PowerBI, Rest API
Desirable Technical Skills:
- Logic APP, IoT Hub, Event Hub, APIM, Function App, API APP, Web App LwM2M Protocols (Interfaces)
- Azure Data Factory, Azure Blob Storage, Hadoop HDFS/Hbase/Spark
