Ayan Infotech urgently needs a Business Analyst Trade and Surveillance for a 12-month contract in Melbourne, CBD. A hybrid work model will be provided with this contract.
This role will, for the Trade Surveillance System (TSS) and Splunk PEEP replacement project, capture requirements that will become part of the RFP to replace the current trade surveillance system.
Must
- Knowledge of financial markets and trading, trading and post-trade operational risk, benchmarking and/ or market risk obligations.
- Ability to grasp and capture business requirement and concisely and user rationale.
- Highly proficient with using Confluence and Jira toolset to write and track requirements, and Microsoft Power Point to create presentations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
And at least one of the following:
- Experience with creating SaaS RFI and/or RFP.
- Experience with the implementation of new SaaS for a large financial institution(s) and therefore familiar with commonly required due diligence, compliance, onboarding, etc. for software.
- Experience working at software supplier, especially surveillance solution provider or at financial instruction's surveillance function.
In this role, you will
- Capture high level requirement and then detailed requirement, functional and non-functional, from application users and technology teams.
- Present back the documented requirements to project sponsor and internal stakeholders for endorsement.
- Maintain project and/ or requirement artefacts.
