1. Job description: D365 Tester
- 3+ years of experience in testing ERP systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Strong understanding of D365 modules, configurations, and security frameworks.
- Experience with testing integrations (APIs, middleware, data exchange) between D365 and other systems.
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA, HP ALM).
- Familiarity with business process documentation and requirements analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based ERP deployments (Microsoft Azure).
- Knowledge of data migration and data validation in D365.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
- Prior experience in large-scale ERP transformation projects.
2. Job description: D365 Test Manager - Test management experience in retail / MS Dynamics 365 implementation.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience in data migration projects, particularly involving Microsoft AX and Microsoft Fabric.
- Data Migration Principles: Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, best practices, and governance.
- Hands-on Coding: Proficiency in SQL, data transformation scripts, and ETL tools.
- Microsoft Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with Dynamics 365, AX data structures, and Fabric architecture.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize migration processes.
- Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
