Ayan Infotech urgently needs a Delivery Performance Lead for a rolling initial 4-month contract in Melbourne, CBD. A hybrid work model will be provided with this contract.
About the Role
The Risk Metrics & Measurement Services Transformation is a newly established multi-year cloud adoption program aimed at transforming our data, models and calculation systems for Credit Risk Stress Testing, Risk Weighted Assets and Credit Provisions.
We are seeking a Delivery Performance Lead with extensive project delivery experience and brings strategic thinking and commercial acumen. In this role, you will govern and drive delivery across the workstream leads, ensuring an integrated approach and adoption of best practice project delivery disciplines.
As the Delivery Performance Lead, you will:
- Lead the program-wide planning activities and establish and manage the integrated program schedule in MS Project (with support from a Scheduling resource)
- Use visualization tools (eg VBA, PowerPoint) to bring the schedule "to life" creating clarity on priorities and anchoring workstreams around a common understanding of scope, critical path, milestones and inter-dependencies
- Chair weekly stream lead status meetings and other working groups to drive delivery
- Play an active role in the identification and mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate Steerco packs, prepare agendas, capture minutes, and manage actions.
- Establish the programs governance processes, including change requests, documenting working group charters
- Assist the Program Director in documenting funding submissions, managing the yearly funding activities and benefits management
- Establish and manage the Programs Confluence sight as a communications hub for stakeholders
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Mastery in facilitating detailed project planning activities from scratch
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex, multi-stream Regulatory programs involving data migration, systems implementations, and regulatory reporting
- Experience completing operational risk assessments in line with ANZs NFR framework
- Exceptional strategic thinker that can connect the dots, understand impacts, solve problems and recommend solutions
- Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to envision and communicate a compelling and future-oriented vision and clearly represent findings to senior stakeholders.
- An adaptable style and flexibility to use different tools and approaches that best meet the needs of the team
- Confidence in facilitating meetings and brings people together across multiple workstreams to negotiate aligned outcomes
- Comfortable with uncertainty and ability to be self-directed
- Domain knowledge in Regulatory Capital, IFRS9, Credit risk metrics or Stress testing is preferred
- Project Management Professional accreditation (e.g., SAFe, Certified Scrum Master, PRINCE2)
