AYAN InfoTech is looking for Desktop L3 Support Engineer to join an exciting project based in Brisbane. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Desktop L3 Support Engineer
Location: Brisbane
Contract Duration: 3 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 5+ Years
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5-7 years of Experience in Level 3 desktop support.
- Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting experience of Intune, cloud and thick build machines
- Experience on SCCM and Intune environment? Software Center, Company Portal, Available Deployment, etc..
- Knowledge about basic logs (App install/uninstall/eventvwr/audit logs etc...)
- Troubleshooting approach for poor system/app performance
- Troubleshooting approach for an app crash/installation/login failure
- Active Directory - l2 knowledge
- GPO - What is Link Order? Significance of Link Order? Troubleshooting ? Diff b/w Admin Template and Preferences? Security Filtering ? Item Level targeting?
- PowerShell scripting knowledge
- Network monitoring commands
- Browser (Chrome & Edge) troubleshooting - compatibility mode, extensions, configs/settings
