The Job Summary:
The Digital Producer is responsible for maintaining the end-to-end production and delivery of Digital Operations programs of work in a Digital Teams environment, covering customer Digital properties including but not limited to the customer. Working in Digital Teams as a subject matter expert for Digital production, the Producer will be in a hands-on role creating and publishing content via our Content Management Systems and collaborating with UX, design, content, development, and testing resources - both internal and external - to ensure quality delivery of all changes into production.
The candidate will play an active role in documenting authoring requirements, design, and implementation of new capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on day-to-day authoring of content updates via Adobe Experience Manager CMS including using existing templates and components, static file management, and publishing activities ensuring high quality, accuracy, and compliance with legal and brand requirements.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding requirements and deliverables including defect management and seeking relevant approvals.
- Ensure all briefs and designs comply with legal and brand requirements.
- Managing end-to-end production, delivery and release management process including liaising with release management and testing teams supporting overnight releases across development and production environments.
- Assist Senior Digital Producers and Digital Producers.
- Adhere to customer policies and guidelines while delivering to deadlines.
- Effectively analyse problems and provide innovative solutions in high pressure situations.
- Managing product catalogue feed into the CMS.
