Ayan Infotech has an urgent and immediate requirement for a GIS Training Lead for a full time permanent job opportunity in Perth, WA.

Required Skills:

  • HR/Talent and Organizational Change Management skills
  • Business Development Experience including proposal writing and solution development
  • HR Merger and Acquisition/Divestiture Experience
  • Project management experience, including project plan development and tracking
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop trusted client relationships with C-Level to individual contributors
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proven experience in business development and/or proposal development in support of related specialty areas including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive training strategy for the deployment of spatial information products (especially ESRI ArcGIS product suite) across Western Australia
  • Specifying, building, and delivering a variety of training material and artifacts
  • Delivering a combination of face to face, and on-line instructor led training sessions
  • Reviewing and assessing effectiveness of training delivery
  • Plan and manage hyper-care, supporting learners to transition from planned learning activities and effectively adopt the new ways of working
