We are seeking an experienced Senior Dev with expertise in IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Advanced Edition (Version 11.x +) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of MDM concepts, hands-on experience in implementing and managing IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions, and a proven track record in delivering successful MDM projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical implementation of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions, including design, configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other team members to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and develop technical designs aligned with business objectives.
- Perform hands-on development and customization of IBM MDM Advanced Edition components, including configuration of data models, creation of business rules, and development of workflows.
- Oversee data integration efforts, including data cleansing, data migration, and data synchronization between MDM and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to define hardware and software requirements, deploy MDM environments, and optimize system performance.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to MDM and customer master data management and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of MDM solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on IBM MDM Advanced Edition, providing technical guidance and support to project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Contribute to the development of reusable assets, tools, and accelerators to streamline the implementation and maintenance of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- This position offers an exciting in technical implementation of IBM MDM Advanced Edition solutions for our Digital Insurer program and play a key role in driving the success of customer master data management initiatives.
- 5 - 7 years of experience with a focus on MDM and data management.
- Hands-on experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
- Strong understanding of data modelling concepts, data governance principles, and data quality management.
- Experience with data integration tools and technologies (e.g., IBM DataStage, Informatica).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- IBM MDM Advanced Edition certification(s) preferred.
