AYAN InfoTech is looking for M365 Administrator (PowerShell & Automation) to join an exciting project based in Melbourne. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: M365 Administrator (PowerShell & Automation)
Location: Melbourne
Contract Duration: 3 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration across multiple workloads.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API for advanced automation and integration.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
- Solid understanding of Azure AD, identity and access management, and Conditional Access policies.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the entire Microsoft 365 tenant and its services, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
- Manage and support core M365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related workloads.
- Develop, implement, and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API to streamline administrative tasks and service deployments.
- Integrate automation workflows using Azure DevOps for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Monitor health, capacity, and usage of M365 services; proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Handle M365-related incidents, changes, and service requests with timely resolution and clear communication.
- Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and automation scripts for transparency and knowledge sharing.
