AYAN InfoTech is looking for Marketing Cloud Solution Architect to join an exciting project based in Perth. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Marketing Cloud Solution Architect
Location: Preferrable - Perth or any other location.
Contract Duration: 2 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 7+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities.
- Strong technical skills, including SQL, data modeling, and API integration.
- Experience with data management and analytics tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable terms for non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or related technologies.
- Experience with other marketing automation platforms or technologies.
- Knowledge of industry-specific marketing practices and trends.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing strategies, and technical requirements.
- Design and architect scalable and efficient marketing cloud solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other complementary technologies.
- Develop detailed technical specifications, blueprints, and system diagrams.
- Experience in analysis in AS-IS architecture ,find gaps and challenges in existing implementation
- Suggest best practices and recommend TO-BE architecture and roadmap for change
Implementation:
- Oversee the implementation of marketing cloud solutions, ensuring adherence to design specifications and best practices.
- Configure and customize Marketing Cloud features to meet client requirements, including email marketing, mobile messaging, social media marketing, and data management.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, and analytics tools.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and problem-solver.
- Proactively identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver exceptional client service and satisfaction.
