Ayan Infotech urgently needs a MarTech Technical Analyst to take up an initial 6-month contract in Melbourne, CBD.
The Martech Technical Analyst will bridge the gap between the marketing and technology teams, focusing on analyzing, implementing, and optimizing marketing technologies and systems to support marketing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of both marketing and technology and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
It is essential to have experience working with Teradata database and SQL queries.
Responsibilities will include:
- Understand and document Marketing or Business team needs.
- Create detailed specifications for tech solutions.
- Participate in deployments and carry out Business Verification Test (BVT) or Production Validation Test(PVT) of marketing technologies.
- Measure and optimize performance with analytics tools.
- Educate Business Stakeholders on newly implemented features.
- Experience with SQL queries and Teradata to extract and analyze data for performance insights.
Experience needed:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Data extraction and analysis experience with Teradata or any Database.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms (e.g., Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive the workshops, participate and co-ordinate with multiple projects/teams simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
