Ayan Infotech has an immediate need for a receptionist to take up an exciting 4-week rolling contract that has the potential to continue for a long-term basis.
Our client is a top 10 best IT consultancy globally and the position is based in Sydney, CBD. The rate on offer is $300 inclusive of superannuation a day, and the selected candidate can start as soon as possible.
Title: Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Responsibilities and Required Experience:
- Previous experience as Front Desk/Receptionist, general Office administration role.
- Answer and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Monitor the reception and front office area ensuring it is at its best at all times.
- Manage all requests for meeting rooms on North Sydney Office and make sure meeting rooms are at their best for the next meeting.
- Report any maintenance issues to building services.
- Greet clients / guests on arrival for meetings.
- Manage daily incoming & outgoing mail and order couriers for outbound parcels and manage inbound deliveries.
- Update telephone list as required.
- Prepare catering request for sales team meetings.
- Claim processing.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as requested.
- Assist with company event preparation as requested.
