Role: Salesforce Developer

Duration: 6 months (initial contract)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a dynamic team working on a Salesforce Portal project. This role will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the Salesforce Case Management and Service Experience Cloud platforms for operations.
You will work closely with the Project Lead and be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating with middleware and Azure environments, and ensuring a seamless user experience for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Cloud, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using middleware and Azure services.
- Develop custom screens and automation to support human-centred design principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Key Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong expertise in APEX, LWC, Lightning, and Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce Case Management and Service Experience Cloud.
- Proven background in system integration and middleware (Azure preferred).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; ability to work in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of automation and process optimisation.
