Ayan Infotech urgently needs a Salesforce Technical Lead for an initial 6-month remote contract in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra or Brisbane.

The Salesforce Technical Lead will manage a seasoned team of Salesforce developers working on a multi-year implementation program while partnering closely with clients to ensure the release and delivery of ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Working to lead the design, build, test, and deploy complex salesforce solutions, working within architectural guidelines.
- Scoping and designing features and enhancement to the platforms to meet wide ranging business requirements for customer experience.
- Advising on best practice of the platform and leading solution and technical design of the platform and its integrations.
- Working closely with developers and functional consultants to build and develop features aligned to design and architectural standards.
- Mentoring and guiding junior developers and testers
- Core Salesforce Certification (including Admin, Sales, Service, PD1)
- 5+ years implementing Salesforce Solutions
Skills and experience needed:
- Deep technical knowledge in two or more Salesforce clouds (e.g., Public Sector Solutions, Mulesoft and Experience Cloud)
- Proven experience in successfully managing development team, onshore and offshore
- Experience in designing Salesforce solutions with an understanding of how Salesforce fits into the overall architectural landscape.
- Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that addresses their needs.
- Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
- Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
- DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
- Experience in DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git, BitBucket, Pipeline
- Ability to problem solve, coupled with a tenacious nature spurred on further by something not working as it should.
- Belief that any repetitive task can be automated with code
- Capability to communicate with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations
