Required Skills & Experience:
- SAP Program Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple SAP projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to delivery.
- Aligning customer expectations: Ensuring that the project meets the needs and goals of the stakeholders involved like Finance, payroll and procurement businesses.
- Managing risks and dependency: Identifying potential risks and implementing corrective actions to mitigate them.
- Ensuring Outcome: Adhering to all Finance , human resources, training, and safety goals business outcomes as per business case
- Reporting and Governance : Keeping leadership team and stakeholders informed about the project's progress and any risks or deviations from the plan.
- Set-up the appropriate Governance process for the success of the SAP projects
- Driving change management: Facilitating smooth transitions for customers and internal digital teams both on change and digital delivery.
- Finance Management: End to end Finance management of the business case.
