AYAN InfoTech is looking for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM/SPCDP Consultant to join an exciting project based in Melbourne. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: SAP SuccessFactors PMGM/SPCDP Consultant
Location: Melbourne
Contract Duration: 6 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 10+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
- Certified Consultant in PMGM and CDP
- 10+ Years of experience in PMGM
- Work experience in SF with minimum 2 E2E Implementation in modules PMGM, CDP
- Understanding of high-level business processes related to Performance Management & Succession and Development
- Demonstrated experience in developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing SF modules under multiple deadlines
- Strong consulting skills, including analytical thinking, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
- Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirements and standard Success.
- Configure SuccessFactors components spanning PMGM/ CDP functions to meet client needs
- Experience with system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, user manuals, integration, and support.
- Hands on experience in business rules
- Hands on experience in configuration of the 360 Reviews feature , configuration of Performance Ratings and Permissions , configure of competencies ,configure of Calibration , goal plans and Continuous Performance Management (CPM) and the features of CPM
- Hands on experience in create, modify and change the status of a Development Goal, select roles in the Career Worksheet, determine progress using the Career Worksheet, assign competencies in the Career Worksheet, modify Roles within Career Worksheet, select Career Paths for future growth and utilize Career Path, define the development goal notifications
- Experience in export the Career Worksheet Template, edit the Career Worksheet XML, create roles and configure Competencies inside Families and Roles
- Participates and understand in all types of test phases: Unit Test, SIT, and UAT
- Participate in identifying areas for improvement and best practices
- Responsible for agreeing on Resolution dates and resolving open queries
- Research and analyse the feasibility and functionalities of any SuccessFactors modules
- Conduct demo to explain the current configuration functionalities of each iteration
- Responsible for the knowledge transfer of business implications and detailed requirement to the application developer, project manager or onshore team, including status reporting.
