Job Overview:
Seeking a skilled SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Campaign Manager & Integration Specialist to design, build, and execute multichannel marketing campaigns leveraging SAS Customer Intelligence 360. The candidate will lead campaign creation, integration with Salesforce CRM, workflow automation, and facilitate migration from Adobe Campaign to SAS Customer Intelligence 360. The role requires strong marketing automation expertise, cross-platform integration skills, and experience with customer journey orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns using SAS Customer Intelligence 360 platform (email, web, mobile, social).
- Create, schedule, and automate marketing workflows to streamline campaign operations and ensure timely delivery.
- Lead integration efforts between SAS Customer Intelligence 360 and Salesforce CRM to synchronize customer data and marketing activities.
- Manage full lifecycle migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS Customer Intelligence 360 including mapping, data validation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAS CI 360 capabilities.
- Utilize SAS CI 360's advanced segmentation, audience profiling, and AI-powered insights to optimize personalized customer journeys.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign execution, data integration, and platform functionality
- Prepare detailed documentation and training materials to support knowledge transfer and user adoption.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate reports to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and SAS platform enhancements to recommend best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in marketing campaign management, with strong expertise in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
- Hands-on experience integrating marketing platforms with Salesforce CRM.
- Proven experience leading migration projects from Adobe Campaign to SAS CI 360 or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of customer journey orchestration, multichannel campaign execution, and marketing automation.
- Proficient in building workflows, data segmentation, and marketing resource management.
- Familiarity with SAS programming or scripting for campaign customization (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Good communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
