AYAN InfoTech is looking for Tech Support Lead with 3PL/OEM/ODM/EMS experience to join an exciting project based in Sydney. The role offers you the opportunity to contribute towards an extremely well structured and mature environment, working on sophisticated enhancement projects.
Role: Tech Support Lead with 3PL/OEM/ODM/EMS
Location: Sydney
Contract Duration: 12 Months Fixed Term Employment (FTE)
Experience: 5+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
- Performs hardware imaging, distribution, demo set-up and end-user technical support
- Provides technical troubleshooting support based on operating system knowledge
- Recommends process improvements using scripts and workflow optimizing techniques
- Performs installations, repairs and preventative maintenance on consumer electronics hardware and software
- Sets up and configures consumer electronics hardware environment for employees
- Performs shipping, receiving and inventory management activities for personal computing devices including but not limited to:
- Unpacking, validating devices, processing and receiving hardware into inventory
- Picking and packing hardware for intercampus delivery or domestic/international shipment
- Maintains inventory records and data
- Executes weekly inventory cycle counts
- Sets-up / configures personal computing devices
- Develops, tests, and maintains Help Center documentation
- Beyond the day-to-day, improve the ChromeOS partners experience by contributing to longer term projects and documentation efforts - Work closely with ChromeOS PEng Operations to provide seamless support to OEM/ODM/EMS/3PL
