Ayan Infotech are looking for a Technical BA with Insurance Claims experience for a long term contract job opportunity in Sydney.

Title: Technical BA with Insurance claims experience
Type: Contract (6 months + extension)
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Previous experience working with Claims First / FINEOUS claims processing systems
- Knowledge of the claims process and preferably in the Group Life domain.
- Work efficiently with the customer to elicit business requirements that are fit for purpose, recommending appropriate stakeholders to be involved with elicitation activities
- Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate requirements clearly and concisely
- Validate requirements with the customer and the project team and provide input to ensure that proposed solutions meet customer expectations
- Work with the project team to ensure customer satisfaction with project deliverables
- Document process flow diagrams to assist with the new ways of working.
- Support the analysis of project and program risks and issues, adhere to change control processes and requirements traceability throughout the life of the project or program in accordance with established effective document management
- Support the Testing and Change teams to manage quality and smooth transition
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient in the use of PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
- Proven skills with working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Experience working with Salesforce applications
- Good problem solving ability and working with ambiguity
