Contract Duration: 6 - 12 Months with high possible extensions

Required Skills & Experience:
- This refers to how resource capacity (people, tools, processes) is aligned within IT support and end-user environments to maintain and support
- Citrix infrastructure (CVAD, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler)
- End-user experience (logon performance, app access, printing, etc.)
- Incident and problem resolution
- Change and patch management
- Monthly patch cycles (OS, Citrix components)
- App onboarding and UAT support
- OS/VDI golden image updates
- Citrix Engineers (onshore/offshore)
- EUC Support Analysts
- Application Packaging & VDI Engineers
- Monitoring/Automation Analysts
- Service Desk and L2/L3 teams
- Citrix Resilience refers to the ability of the Citrix environment to withstand, recover from, and adapt to disruptions.
- EUT Resourcing for Citrix Resilience - To support Citrix resilience, MyIT/EUT teams should be resourced to cover
- MyIT/EUT Resourcing for Citrix Resilience ensures the right combination of operational support, skilled personnel, monitoring capabilities, and strategic planning.
- Maintain high availability, performance, and recovery readiness of the Citrix virtual desktop/application environment.
- It includes both proactive and reactive resourcing models to uphold business continuity and user experience across the enterprise.
