Microsoft CRM Solution Design (Required)
MS Dynamics AX2009 both technical\Functional aspects. (Required)
- Candidate should have expert level knowledge in MS Dynamics AX2009 both technical\Functional aspects.
- As part of this team, candidate should be able to understand and assist users issues as this is a heavily used legacy application.
- Business continuity of this application is of a very high priority.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Below are the some of the technical aspects the candidate should possess to support the above.
- Morphex Reporting, AIF configuration, Batch Job creation, X++ coding\Troubleshooting, AX Debugging tool, Data Refresh, Business connector configuration.
Operations & Service Management
- Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow.
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of production issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Create and maintain operational documentation, including SMTDs, knowledge base articles, run sheets, and technical reference documents.
- Review and optimize the environment and process periodically.
