Job description:
- Overall experience: 12 years
- Solution Design & Strategy: Define the overall Salesforce architecture, including data models, integrations, and security, ensuring it aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to map business processes to Salesforce capabilities, determining when to use standard functionality versus custom Apex/Lightning components.
- Technical Leadership: Guide development teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices are followed for configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Integration : Integrate Salesforce with external systems, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Governance & Optimization: Enforce architectural standards to ensure system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including data maps, flowcharts, and design specifications.
