Ayan Infotech urgently requires a Salesforce Technical Lead to undertake an initial 12-month contract in Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementations.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure alignment with Salesforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Lead workshops, build prototypes and demos, and produce clear solution documentation.
- Support MuleSoft integrations and front-end development using APEX and LWC.
- Deliver both BAU support and project-specific solutions.
- Perform organisational assessments, identify pain points, and design strategic solutions.
- Contribute to technical assessments and onboarding processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years' experience in Salesforce platform implementations.
- Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, LWC, Apex, and MuleSoft integration.
- Proven experience delivering technical advisory and architectural guidance.
- Excellent report writing and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to assess organisational challenges and define solution roadmaps.
- Consulting or client-facing background is highly regarded.
