Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Sydney | Contract: 9 months
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the implementation of Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focusing on solution design, configuration, and customization to meet complex business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ServiceNow technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise
- Participate in workshops and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Maintain up-to-date ServiceNow certifications and stay current with platform releases
- Mentor junior team members as required
Requirements:
- 5+ years technical delivery experience; 3+ years ServiceNow development experience
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS SAM)
- Strong JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills
- Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes and best practice ServiceNow configuration
- Experience in Agile delivery and end-to-end SDLC
