Contract Duration: 3 Months with high possible extensions
Experience: 6+ Years
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-10+ years in Salesforce, with strong expertise in Health Cloud and Scheduling
- Design and implement Health Cloud capabilities including Patient 360, Care Plans, Care Teams, Utilization Management, and Clinical Data Models.
- Configure and optimize Health Cloud data models, workflows, and integrations aligned with healthcare processes.
- Support interoperability initiatives leveraging FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Develop patient and provider centric workflows, including referrals, authorizations, and patient engagement journeys.
- Configure and manage Salesforce Appointment Management / Scheduling capabilities, including:
- Resource availability & slot management
- Patient or member appointment booking workflows
- Reminders, notifications, and rescheduling
- Integrate appointment workflows with Health Cloud care plans and case management processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Provide design documentation, configuration details, and best practice recommendations.
- Conduct impact assessments, gap analysis, and propose solution alternatives.
- Ensure platform governance, data quality, and compliance with healthcare standards.
- Support testing (SIT, UAT) and contribute to deployment planning.
- Serve as a technical and functional advisor to project teams.
