Type: Contract (6 months +)
Location: Sydney (Hybrid work)
Required Skills and Experience:
Mandatory
- 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience with 4+ years in Solution Architect role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in CSM+ module.
- Deep knowledge of integrations, advanced scripting, and Service Portal.
- Strong command of JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
- Experience delivering large-scale, enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
Preferred
- Exposure to ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, Knowledge, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics.
- Experience in multi-vendor and domain-separated environments.
- Agile / SAFe delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Solutioning, designing and building the ServiceNow solution that addresses business needs.
- Understanding the business context and translating functional and technical requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow solution.
- Defining an overall Data Architecture to ingest the data into ServiceNow platform for Day-0 load and delta load.
- Leading the platform design including integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise solutions like JIRA, Workday using: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
- Support the development and configuration of ServiceNow in a variety of areas including, but not limited to Service Portal, Customer Service Management-Case Creation, Change, Problem, Incident, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Discovery, Reporting, and SLAs.
- Delivering the epics and features on time and within budget by effectively managing cross functional multi location team through sprint based Scaled Agile delivery methodology.
- Communicating key messages to clients and other stakeholders.
- Coaching and mentoring the junior members of the ServiceNow practice team.
- Ability to influence, deliver and thrive in a multi-vendor complex environment.
Professional Experience Requirement to Deliver
- Proven experience in the delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects, including experience in the Solution Design and Architecture of ServiceNow specific projects of at least two modules module such as PSDS (Public Sector Digital Services), CSM, ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, GRC.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in delivering IT projects with at least 5 years as a ServiceNow Architect
- Experience in delivering large-scale digital transformation program - nice to have the domain knowledge of utilities.
- Thorough understanding of the Data entities in ServiceNow, building a data model and ingestion of data into ServiceNow from different system of records, Data Migration etc.
- Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with third party applications such as SAP CDC, Success Factors etc.
- Understanding of the Platform Administration and Governance activities like Cloning, Update, Archival Process etc.
- Proven experience in human centric design, service portal and the E2E exposure and understanding of the SDLC life cycle process for a large-scale transformation program.
- Proven experience in configuration, customization, development, and administration on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in implementing new functionality using Variable sets, Forms design, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists, Workflow Activities, Flows, Script Includes, Transform Map etc.
- Proven experience in working within both waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- TOGAF and Certified Implementation Specialist Certifications in any of the ServiceNow products like CSM and ITSM, are preferred.
